The Duke is solid walnut, edge grain, and a full 1.25" thick so it stays put while you chop. Light and dark walnut run side by side, so every Duke has its own pattern. No two are alike.
Add a juice groove (+$12): A shallow channel around the edge that catches juices from roasts, steaks and fruit, so they stay on the board and off your counter.

Caring for your board: Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry it standing up. Never soak it or put it in the dishwasher. Re-oil once a month, or whenever the wood looks dry. Our Walrus Oil board oil and wood wax keep it looking new for years.
