All sales are final. Because every item from Katie Lynn Homes & Design is handcrafted and made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 541-501-0043 or through our contact form at katielynnhomesanddesign.com/contact-us. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.

Shipping Issues If your order is lost in transit, please reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
