The Adalyn is our largest scalloped board, with a generous 17" x 24.5" surface that's ready for weeknight prep, holiday spreads, and everything in between. Leave it on the counter as a centerpiece, then pull it out when the guests arrive.
Choose your wood: Walnut for rich, deep tones. Maple for a light, clean look. Hickory for bold grain. White oak for a timeless, airy finish (priced higher because it's harder to source right now).
Add a juice groove (+$12): A shallow channel around the edge that catches juices from meats and fruit, so they stay on the board and off your counter.

Caring for your board: Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry it standing up. Never soak it or put it in the dishwasher. Re-oil once a month, or whenever the wood looks dry. Our Walrus Oil board oil and wood wax keep it looking new for years.

Absolutely love this board! The quality is incredible — it feels solid, beautifully crafted, and truly lives up to the “heirloom” name. The wood grain is stunning and it looks just as good displayed on my counter as it does in use. It’s sturdy enough for everyday chopping but elegant enough to serve known guests on.
